THE BROTHERS were born back in 2002 in Corchiano, a small village in the Viterbo Tuscia area. The two brothers, Alvaro and Tiziano Todini, combined their passion for cooking by first opening a pizzeria in their native town (THE BROTHERS PIZZERIA) and then in 2018 acquiring the ANFITEATRO in Sutri, a restaurant and pizzeria.
It is located just a few meters from the famous Roman amphitheater from which it takes its name and enjoys, in addition to two large air-conditioned indoor rooms, also two large terraces that overlook the archaeological site of Sutri directly.
Thanks to its strategic position, it is a highly sought-after destination for both tourists and Romans, as it is located right on the Cassia road and connects Rome with Viterbo and the neighboring villages. The furnishings and interiors of the location also make it suitable for hosting any type of event, from the most formal ones such as wedding ceremonies, anniversaries, confirmations, communions, etc., to more informal events such as birthdays, graduation parties, or simple dinners with friends.

The primary objective is to make known and highlight the aromas and flavors of the Tuscia region. In this regard, in fact, the foods are rigorously selected and processed trying to respect local traditions.
The pizza boasts lightness and fragrance thanks to its dough prepared with a double leavening of about 72 hours. Finally, baking in a wood-fired oven concludes the search for an excellent product in the best possible way.
Recently, doughs with whole wheat flour, vegetable charcoal flour, and gluten-free flour have also been introduced.
